Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After my accident, I felt overwhelmed and didn’t know where to turn. From my very first conversation with the team they treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect. Tom took the time to listen to my story, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the entire process.

Bennerotte and Associates genuinely cared about my recovery, not just my case. They handled everything professionally, Tom and Christine kept me updated every step of the way, and Tom Bennerotte fought hard to make sure I received the compensation I deserved. Knowing they were in my corner gave me peace of mind through the whole process.

I am incredibly grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, and support. I highly recommend this firm to anyone who has been injured and needs attorneys who truly care about their clients. They made a difficult experience so much easier, and I will always be thankful for everything they did for me.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They worked hard to get me a settlement. It took some time but I'm happy with how it turned out. Wade and Sandy were wonderful to work with.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When I was involved in my crash, I knew I had to get a personal injury attorney. I wanted to go with someone who had a solid reputation, great reviews, and didn’t have advertisements all over town. I ultimately chose Bennerotte & Associates, and it was the best decision I could have made!

We had some unique challenges come up with my case. Pam and Tom were there every step of the way, answering my questions and keeping me updated as things happened. Most importantly, they wanted me to fully heal before settling. Ultimately, we settled for far more than I was hoping for.

I will recommend Bennerotte to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney!

From the very beginning, he was professional, compassionate, and always took the time to explain every step of the process. His knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication gave us complete confidence that our case was in the best hands.
Tom
fought tirelessly on our behalf and achieved an outstanding outcome. He was always responsive, honest, and genuinely cared about our well-being-not just the legal aspects of our case. We truly felt like a priority from start to finish.
If you're looking for an attorney who is highly skilled, trustworthy, and committed to getting the best possible results for his clients, I highly recommend Thomas Bennorotte. We are incredibly grateful for his exemplary work and couldn't have asked for better representation.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After my accident I consulted with a lawyer and she stated my claim isn’t worth anything and would take years to recover anything. I felt unheard and dismissed. UNTIL a stroke of luck I was referred to Tom and his team, they immediately took my case. They guided me every step of the way. Finally some validation and understanding I thought. It was a process I hope I never have to go through again, but they made sure they always answered any questions I had in remarkable time. Professionalism 1000%.! This man WILL FIGHT FOR YOU!!! AND DELIVER!!! if you want a down to earth, honest, respectful, and brilliant team, hes your guy! I honestly can’t say enough about them. As a new cat to the cities I’ve experienced a disgusting amount of bad business Practices and unprofessionalism that seriously affected me. So to say the least it was a breathe of fresh air working with people that only want to help make a better life for you! Thank you for being a good one Tom💯☺️

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After being the victim of a drunk driving accident, I was referred to Tom. He met me immediately and asked all the right questions, reassured me, and forged ahead with my case with no delay. After much back & forth, Tom's amazing & fierce team far exceeded my expectations. I would call him again without hesitation!
