Biography

Vincent J. Moccio is Of Counsel at Bennerotte & Associates, P.A., in Eagan, Minnesota, focusing on product liability, serious personal injury, wrongful death, class actions, and civil rights cases. Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Attorney Mocio moved with his wife in 1987 to practice law at a large Minneapolis law firm, and has lived in South Minneapolis ever since. He has spent decades representing individuals and families harmed by dangerous products and misconduct by corporations or government entities. Vince earned both his B.A. and his J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University and is admitted in multiple state and federal courts. Widely respected in the plaintiffs’ bar, he has been recognized with repeated “Super Lawyer” honors and public justice awards, and he devotes significant time to writing, speaking, and pro bono work for organizations that promote access to justice.
