Biography
Before he ever set foot in a courtroom, Wade spent years on the other side of the table — evaluating injury claims as a casualty adjuster for insurance companies. That experience shapes everything about how he practices law today.
As a former adjuster, Wade knows how insurers are trained to evaluate and minimize claims, and that knowledge directly informs how he builds cases and negotiates on behalf of his clients.
Wade earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, followed by his Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating Cum Laude. He practiced law in Nevada from 2005 to 2014 before moving home to Minnesota, where he continues to focus exclusively on personal injury law.
He maintains active law licenses in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nevada, along with admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Wade has earned significant professional recognition, including being named a Super Lawyer and receiving the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell—an honor reflecting the highest level of professional excellence. In 2020, he also secured a Top 100 Jury Verdict in the United States, underscoring his skill and commitment in the courtroom.
Known for his thorough preparation and practical approach, Wade understands how injuries disrupt every aspect of a person’s life. His combined background in insurance, business, and litigation gives him a strategic advantage in both negotiation and trial.
As part of the firm’s community outreach initiative, Wade volunteers annually for the Susan G. Komen Race in Eagan and contributes quarterly donations to The Open Door food shelf. He also supports the Dakota County Adopt-a-Family program during the holidays and participates in the City of Eagan’s biannual roadway cleanup efforts.
Wade resides in the Twin Cities with his wife and son. He enjoys reading, running, hiking, learning obscure trivia, and listening to music in his spare time.
