Biography
Jeff Murray is a dedicated personal injury attorney focused on helping individuals navigate the challenges that follow an injury and securing the compensation they deserve. Guided by the firm’s mission to ethically and aggressively provide justice for the injured, Jeff brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to every case he handles.
Originally from Northfield, Minnesota, Jeff combines strong Midwestern values with a high level of academic and professional achievement. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology with Honors in the Liberal Arts, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2007. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2010, where he served as Managing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, demonstrating his attention to detail and strong legal writing skills. Jeff also attended MBA classes at Georgia Institute of Technology (“Georgia Tech”).
Jeff has been practicing law since 2010 and is licensed in Florida, Minnesota, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Since 2011, he has focused his practice on representing injured individuals, working to ensure they are treated fairly and receive the compensation they need to move forward. His analytical background and disciplined approach allow him to effectively evaluate complex cases and advocate for his clients with precision and care.
Jeff has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2017 and 2018–2025, an honor awarded to a select group of attorneys under 40 who demonstrate outstanding professional achievement and peer recognition. In 2019, he was also named to the Top 40 Under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Jeff is also an active member of the Minnesota Association for Justice, staying engaged with the legal community and current developments in personal injury law. Jeff also serves as arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association regarding Minnesota No-Fault arbitration hearings.
As part of the firm’s community outreach initiatives, Jeff volunteers annually for the Susan G. Komen Race in Eagan and contributes quarterly donations to The Open Door food shelf. He also supports the Dakota County Adopt-a-Family program during the holidays and participates in the City of Eagan’s biannual roadway cleanup efforts.
Jeff resides in the Twin Cities with his wife and children. In his free time, Jeff enjoys traveling, attending concerts and sporting events for the local professional teams, as well as running, skiing and kayaking.
